It is undeniable that Italy is the realm of the food specialties and Parma and its province could be considered its capital, without taking anything away from the other Italian territories.
The event takes places in Busseto every year at the end of October and fills its streets with smells, colors and flavors.

We mention for example “November pork” that moves from Sissa, to Zibello and Polesine Parmense during October – November on Sunday or the “De Gustibus” which takes places in the gardens of the splendid Villa Malenchini or else the “Salumi da Re” in the ancient Corte Pallavicina on the banks of the Po.
