       Thank to the consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano, to the Latteria Sociale La Grande, to the photographer Marco Frontini and to the APT Emilia Romagna I could assist to the birth of a KING: of course I talk about the KING of the cheeses, Italian excellence: his Majesty the Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P.  Since I was a child I appreciate the Parmigiano, stealing its bits while my grandma was grating it to prepare the cappelletti.  Come to visit this area (Parma and Reggio Emilia) and you will taste this delicacy in its birthplace and you will also breathe a bit of the history, of the traditions and of the beauty of this country.  |
