They left from Sissa (PR), at the shadow of the Rocca of the Terzi, the first days of November Porc 2006. The itinerant fair market of the taste connected to the territory. And which are the tastes, beyond to the king of cheeses? We are in the territory of the pig, but not only, and therefore behind an army of craklings, crushed lard, bacons and pork sausages, salami, mariole and strolghini… skilfully guided by general Culatello the crowd of the others tasty producds: malfatti, cappelletti, cakies and torroni, honey and chestnuts of the Appennines neighbours. Did not lack ambassadors other regions (not second to nobody) of the north (magical speck) and of the south (sublime bread of altamura). |
